ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the world from Jamaica year-round.
We represent other artists from time to time, and have direct access to many more. If you have a general request, or would
like to see additional work by a specific artist, please contact Annabella or Peter Proudlock at email@example.com.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, bank draft or personal cheque (please allow 3 weeks for clearance).
For those who do not want to send credit card details by e-mail (spelling out the digits or sending the last 4 digits,
security number and expiry date separately apparently foils cyber-thieves),
please telephone (+1.876.974.2870) or fax us (+1.876.974.2651).
Unless otherwise requested, we ship through DHL, freight prepaid. We strongly recommend insurance with the carrier,
which costs a minimum of US$10 or 3% of the value, whichever is greater. If your insured order arrives damaged,
contact your local DHL office immediately, retaining the original packaging for their inspection.
We are not liable for any damage during the shipment process. Delivery times to the U.S.A.. are 2-3 days.
Allow 7-10 days elsewhere. DHL cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, so we must have a street address and a
daytime telephone number. On shipment, we will e-mail you the DHL tracking number.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax within 7 days of the arrival of your order, and we will issue a return authorisation number, which must be placed on the outside of the carton. Pack the work(s) safely and return to us (freight prepaid), and we will refund you the cost (excluding freight) immediately upon safe receipt in Jamaica.
